The Research & Developement team at Cargo Spices (Aust) Pty Ltd, comprising chefs and food experts, has run a series of stringent exercises to arrive at exactly the right taste and texture for our premix spices.

Our roast-dried powder premix spices give added advantage over paste premix, especially for the export market, as handling and packing become much easier.

Through various stages of the production process, our carefully selected range of ingredients, which include coriander, onion, chili, cumin, fennel, garlic, poppy seeds, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, star anis, pepper, etc, are thoroughly cleaned. The debris and foreign particles are first flushed away; then the spices are oven roasted to dryness; grinded; blended, and mixed to perfection, to give our premix spices the best in taste, flavour, and texture.

Not only is our range of premix spices 100% free of preservatives and artificial colouring, it also provides a complete recipe in a simple 3-step cooking method.
