Basic Beraini

Ingredients for cooking
50g Beriani Premix } item A
200ml Water } item A
80g Butter or Ghee
50ml Cooking Oil
600g "Basmati" Rice
150ml  Evaporated Milk
250g

Braised Lamb Dices (use casserole cuts)

1.0L   Water

Cooking Method
1. Mix A and keep for 5 minutes. (item A)

Heat thick bottom pan with oil. Pour in item A, stir until water evaporate and oil rises to the top.

Add braised lamb dices, evaporated milk and washed rice. Stir well. Add water, mix well and bring to boil. When boiled, stir well and reduce heat and cover tight. Once rice is cooked, mix garnishes together.
 

Ready to serve.
