Cooking Method

Mix A and keep for 5 minutes. (item A) |

Heat thick bottom pan with oil. Pour in item A, stir until water evaporate and oil rises to the top. |

Add sliced onion and saute until tender. Add tomato paste, prawn / squid / chicken and water, cook well to the required consistency. |
