Basic Satay Sauce
Ingredients for cooking

Peanuts (Roasted and removed skin. Coarsely chopped) |
| 250ml |
Coconut Milk |
| 300ml |
Water |
Cooking Method

Mix A and keep for 5 minutes. (item A) |

Heat thick bottom pan with oil. Pour in item A, stir until water evaporate and oil rises to the top. |

Add coconut milk, water and crushed peanuts. Stir well and simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust gravy consistency and taste as desired. |
